RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We want you to love your new products as much as we do but due to the nature of our products and our strict regulations, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns or issue refunds for used or opened merchandise. We recommend new customers familiarise themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product so that you are informed before committing to purchase. Should you need to return any faulty/damaged purchase, please email us first before sending it back. Once approved, item must be sent back within seven days of receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted after the seventh day of receipt or if the product has been used once returned. We will not be responsible for reimbursing or compensating any packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us. We will also not be responsible for the reimbursing shipping costs back to customers who miss their orders.
Note: Upon receiving your order, please confirm the contents of the package are entirely accurate before using it.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH RETURNS?
We do not refill, reuse, or resell any returns. The contents of returns are properly disposed, and the bottles are sent to our local recycling facilities.
